Access: 10.5 miles south of Wrangell on Zimovia Highway turn left on Pat's Creek road (6259). Continue 2.8 miles on road 6259 to road 50054 turn right, after 1 mile turn right onto road 50060 and follow for 3.5 miles until reaching cabin. Roads 50054 and 50060 are very rough and steep in places exceeding 15% grades with sharp switchbacks and few turnouts. RV's and vehicles towing trailiers are not recommended.
Terrain: 1500' elevation in primarily muskeg in the immediate area with the surrounding area a mix of spruce, hemlock, cedar and lodge pole pine and a small lake below cabin

More information: Access by vehicle typically possible from late May to early November.  Snow machine/ski access during winter months.
Special features:

Wildlife viewing, deer and upland bird hunting, berry picking, great scenery, biking, swimming, ATV riding.  During the winter months snow machining, skiing, and snowshoeing opportunities are extensive.
