| What to bring: |
Bring your own
sleeping bags, sleeping pads, cooking stove, lantern,
pots, pans, plates, utensils, food, toilet paper, garbage
bags and fire starter. It's a good idea to bring your own water. |
| More information: |
Hand hewn beams, wooden door hinges, and shake floor
combine to make a uniquely attractive wilderness cabin. Occasionally
poor weather may result in extended stays; cabin users
should be prepared
for this. |
| Special features: |
Good fishing: cutthroat, rainbow, Dolly
Varden; pink, silver, sockeye salmon. Swimming, bech activities
during warmer summer months. 5-mile (8 km) trail to Karta
Bay. Hiking to McGilvery Creek and/or Anderson Creek (good
fishing streams) possible, but there are
no developed trails. |
