tide required for access by plane; expect a ½-mile
hike if arriving by boat at low tide. |

Cabin sits on narrow isthmus of land surrounded by tide
flats for several miles to the south. |

Water is available from a small creek 1/4 mile south of
the cabin. Treat all water before using. |
| What to bring: |
Fuel for the oil heater (#1 stove oil or kerosene only),
sleeping bags, sleeping pads, cooking stove, lantern, pots,
pans, plates, utensils, food, toilet paper, garbage bags,
fire extinguisher and fire starter. It's a good idea to
bring your own water. |

Stove is for heating purposes only and burns #1 heating
oil. Has brown enamel finish and slightly domed top. |
| Special features: |
Excellent waterfowl resting area. Goose, grouse, seal
and bear hunting. Good coho salmon fishing. Kayakers and
canoers often find this cabin a welcome haven from inclement
weather. Tidal flats a rock hound's paradise. |
