2002: ($7000 CO)

Progress in 2001:   Funding arrived just before field season and so only a small amount of work has been completed to date. The raw data (which was collected in 2000) was entered into a database and some preliminary analysis has taken place. No difficulties were encountered and none are expected in 2002.

Plans for 2002:   Flathead National Forest personnel will complete data analysis and help draft text and charts to report findings. Dr. Mike Young will assist in interpreting and publishing a report of the findings. This project will be completed in FY 2002.

Products and/or tech transfer expected in 2002:   A published report is expected to be submitted to a journal in 2002.
