This decision is subject to administrative appeal. Appeals must be postmarked or received within 45 days of publication of the legal notice in the Independent Record Newspaper, Helena, Montana, which can be viewed by clicking the following link:

The North Belts Travel Plan FEIS and Rod are also available for review at all Helena National Forest Offices and at public libraries in Lincoln, Helena, Boulder, and Townsend. The FEIS and ROD are also available in both printed and electronic format (Compact Disc) upon request.
