Planning
Elkhorns: Planning
All projects go through a planning process according to
the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Planning documents include
Categorical Exclusions (CE) where decisions are documented with a Decision
Memo, Environmental Assessments (EA), where decisions are documented in
a Decision Notice, and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), where decisions
are documented in a Record of Decision.
