Allotment 1-5 Vegetative Management Environmental Assessment, September 2009

This environmental assessment (EA) presents the likely effects of proposed vegetative management in the northwestern portion (i.e. the “Allotments 1-5” area) of the Grand River National Grassland, Perkins County, South Dakota. Based, in part, on the information contained in this document, the District Ranger will choose which management actions will be implemented. That choice will be documented in a “decision notice” that published in September 2009.
