To submit a project proposal online to the North Central Idaho RAC, please go to https://wwwnotes.fs.fed.us/wo/secure_rural_schools.nsf In the Resource Advisory Committee box at the bottom of the webpage, use the "Jump to a RAC" button to select "North Central Idaho" from the menu. Next, click on the "Propose a Title II Project" link. Fill out the form online and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
