that was posted on the web prior to Jan. 12, 2005

Errors were found only in the 5-minute event data.
With one exception, daily totals listed were correct.

WY 93
< 11/05/92 23:55 0.01 estimated daily total only
< 11/07/92 23:55 0.17 estimated daily total only
< 11/15/92 23:55 0.02 estimated daily total only
< 11/16/92 23:55 0.41 estimated daily total only
< 11/17/92 23:55 0.08 estimated daily total only

these data were missing from the file

WY95 
< 10/14/94 00:00 0.22 was listed in the 5-minute data
but the daily total for that day showed 0.00.  We're
assuming the 5-minute data was a reconstruction and
is correct.

WY96
Many of the 5-minute data, 0.02 or greater, were erroneously listed as 0.01

< 09/27/96 23:55 0.01 estimated daily total only
< 09/28/96 23:55 0.01 estimated daily total only
< 09/29/96 23:55 0.01 estimated daily total only
these data were missing from the file

WY00
> 01/07/00 99:99 0.99 was a bad record

WY02
< 12/10/01 99:99 0.99 was a bad record
and there was a block of repeated data (7/19 to 10/22)

WY03
< 03/03/03 99:99  0.01 was a bad record
< 04/03/03 99:99  0.01 was a bad record
< 05/01/03 99:99  0.01 was a bad record
< 07/01/03 99:99  0.01 was a bad record
blocks of repeated data followed each 99:99 record
< 12/30/02 23:55 1.25 is an estimated total, this was
followed by additional data from that day that should have been omitted

Many of the 5-minute data, 0.02 or greater, were erroneously listed as 0.01

< 11/04/2003 99:99 0.99 was a bad record
The real data for 11/04/2003 was missing from the file

After Jan 13, many of the 5-minute data, 0.02 or greater, were erroneously listed as 0.01
