Note: Appendix B provides information about the strategies in use on National Forests in California for each of the management problems listed below. This appendix provides information about what selected managers in California are using and the strategies they perceive to be the most effective. It does not necessarily suggest these are the only strategies that could be used, nor does it necessarily identify the most effective strategy for the particular problem. Also, note the very small numbers of responses for many of the strategies. These small numbers severely restrict the generalizability to others.

Resolving problems printing a specific PDF file from an Acrobat product
If you print to a PostScript printer, or if you have problems printing an individual PDF file, print the PDF file as an image.
Note: When you print a PDF file as an image, it may take longer to print.
To print a PDF file as an image:
Acrobat 6.x:
1. Choose File > Print, and then click Advanced.
2. Select Print As Image and any other desired printing options.
3. Click OK to close the Advanced Print Setup dialog box, and then click Print.
Acrobat 5.x:
1. Choose File > Print
2. Select Print as Image, and then click OK.
