Urban forestry issue in North American: global implicaions

Summary

Urban forestry can address important environmental and social issues associated with urbanization in North America. Ecological, economic, and political constraints to urban forestry are presented and regional urban forest plans in "sister" watersheds are described as a promising implementation approach.
