Registration fee: $130

To register, you must fill in the registration form (2 versions are provided) and mail by snail mail with check payment to the address below.

Meals are NOT included in the registration fee.
We are offering 2 meal options for the conference period of evening Monday June 7th - midday Thursday June 10th:

All meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners) $132.00
No breakfasts (3 lunches and 3 dinners) $108.00

Deadline to sign up for a meal plan is also April 16, 2010. Meal sign-up is at the bottom of the Registration form. You may pay for both registration and meals with one check.
