PSW Energy and Fuel Conservation Initiative

Welcome to the PSW Research Station Energy and Fuel Conservation Intranet Website. This site is developed to inform and motivate PSW employees on ways to reduce energy consumption and dependence on fossil-fuels at work and home. We join public and private institutions worldwide that are taking initiative to reduce our collective energy footprint. In these pages are incentives to improve energy and fuel efficiency; information on ongoing PSW and external projects; opportunities for offsetting greenhouse-gas emissions; links to carbon-lite transportation, green power purchasing and contracting; notices of events and useful resources.

The website is launched as a pilot project. PSW employees are encouraged to make suggestions for additions and improvements. We also are hosting an internal email list for distribution of information to interested employees.

Note: This Energy site was originally created on an internal server as a resource for our employees to help conserve energy. Because much of the information can be useful to others, we have made it accessible in a public area, but please understand that all of the contents may not be applicable for general reference.
