Our Goal:

Our research aims are to increase understanding of human and natural resource interactions to enhance ecological and human health. Our research ranges from the value of individual trees in the city to the implications of broad-scale changes in landscapes. We take an “all lands approach” to understanding the role and values of public access to nature across the urban to wildland gradient.
