To find suitable matches to your site, there are several options in the Interior PNW Mixed Conifer with Mortality (Volume I) and Rocky Mountain Lodgepole Pine (Volume III) series.  Depending on which fuel types you are estimating, you may also find it useful to refer to the Jack Pine in the Lake States (Volume Va) series.  Because lodgepole pine and jack pine have similar growth forms, the tree and sapling estimates in the Jack Pine series may be particularly helpful.
