Creating Reports
Click Calculate at the bottom of any editor screen to initiate the FCCS calculator and enter the Calculator results screen. If you made any changes to a fuelbed and haven't saved your work, FCCS will prompt you to save your custom fuelbed.

In the Calculator Results screen, you can select any one of the following report types by clicking on the corresponding radio button:

  • Potentials: the FCCS fire potentials

  • Surface fire behavior: predicted surface fire behavior for up to three fuel moisture scenarios

  • General: summary of basic fuel characteristics

  • Strata & categories: fuelbed characteristics by stratum, category, and subcategory

  • Input: summary of input data

  • Carbon: total loading and carbon listed by stratum, category, and subcategory
