The Results Act Model with its four key components.

The Results Act model is an adaptive model.   Key components* include:

1. The Strategic Plan - focused on the end results we want.

2.  The Annual Performance Plan -  lays out those management actions that will move us toward our end result.

3.  Accomplishment reporting tracks what we did with the money and what the results were.

4.  Monitoring and Evaluation - the model is adaptive, it assumes we monitor and adjust where we are headed and/or our management actions on a regular basis.

Through necessity, we must now work on all the parts of such a process and incorporate what we learn as we move along.

* Key components are shown, information inputs are not.
