Located approximately 22 miles from Medford, this 15-unit campground
lies on the western shores of the Mondeaux Flowage. Campsites
have a parking spur,fire grill, and picnic table. Drinking water
and accessible vault toilets are provided.
Westpoint Campground is served by the Mondeau Recreation Area. Visit the Mondeaux Recreation Area web site for more information.
NOTE: Beginning September 8, 2009 and lasting through winter, there will be a drawdown of the water in the flowage in order to complete critical repair work on the dam. Caming and fishing will be affected.
Travel north from Medford for 4 miles on State Hwy. 13. Turn
left (west) on County Trunk Highway M for about 7 miles. Turn
right (north) on County Trunk Highway E for 8.5 miles, then turn
right (east) on Forest Road 1563 for 1 mile. Turn right (east)
for 1 mile to the campground entrance.
