There is a boat access and many sites have small docks which can
be used for fishing or landing a boat. The Ice
Age National Scenic Trail is easily accessed from the campground.
Drinking water, picnic shelter, and vault toilets are provided.
Sites may be reserved through a campground
reservation system.
Spearhead Point Campground is served by the Mondeau Recreation Area. Visit the Mondeaux Recreation Area web site for more information.
NOTE: Beginning September 8, 2009 and lasting through winter, there will be a drawdown of the water in the flowage in order to complete critical repair work on the dam. Caming and fishing will be affected.
