This is a popular ATV campground offering 25 sites that can accommodate RV's up to 35 feet. There is one double site and three walk in sites. A total of 14 sites can be reserved. A developed boat ramp, scenic picnic shelter, and trail spur providing access to the Flambeau Trail system are also available. Sailor Lake supports a good panfish and northern pike population. Shady campsites include a parking spur, fire grill, picnic table, and tent pad. Drinking water and vault toilets are provided. One group site is available for larger groups and can be reserved through a campground reservation service. The Flambeau ATV Trail is multiple-use and open to ATV's, off-road motorcycles, horseback riding, hunting, mountain biking and hiking.

Sailor Lake Campground is located approximately 11 miles southeast of Fifield. Follow State Highway 70 east from Fifield and turn right (south) on Forest Road 139 for 3 miles.
