Town of Blackwell ATV Connector

The purpose of this project is to improve recreation opportunities by designating a corridor for use by ATV’s between the Nicolet State Trail (NST) and the Town of Blackwell. This proposal would join two areas designated for ATV use and enable a continuous route for recreational purposes.
