Description of the project:  On February 22, 2008, Forest Supervisor Jeanne Higgins signed a Record of Decision for the Final Environmental Impact Statement t for the Fishel Project, located on the western portion of the Eagle-River-Florence Ranger District, approximately ten miles northeast of Eagle River, Wisconsin in Forest and Florence Counties.
