Imagine relaxing in front of a roaring fire at the end of a day
spent hiking,  fishing
or hunting. A night or two in one of the rustic cabins on Prince
of Wales
Island can add to the experience of just about any outdoor adventure.
Maintained by the Forest Service, 19 cabins are available
year-round for public use.
The cabins must be booked in advance. Some are more frequently
used than others so advance planning is recommended. Reservations
are limited to a maximum of seven days from May 1 to September
30 and to ten days during the remainder
of the year. Although the woodsheds are filled at least once per year, firewood cannot be guaranteed. Please use it sparingly.
Rental fees vary from $25 to $45 per day depending
on the season and demand for the cabin. You can reserve a cabin
up to 180 days in advance.

pay with a money order, visit a Ranger District office.
