BEWARE!  The "Arc Export Files" and the "rtl" files are very large, data-intensive files, not intended to be used on home computers.   Attempting to retrieve the files could lock up your computer. The "Arc Export File" uses Arc Info or Arc View mapping software other GIS (Geographic Information System) software may also be able to import this file type. The "AML" (Arc Macro Language) contains the Arc Info commands and references to the source coverage used to create the Arc Info coverage. The "Meta Data" file is an html file containing meta data for the coverage in standard Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) format. The "rtl" file is a printable rasterized postscript file intended to print a map of the coverage generally 36 inches wide and 36-60 inches long with a postscript print command. To download the files "Right Click" on the X  hyperlink symbol desired and use the "Save Link As..." option.
