Black Thunder MIne Topsoil and Overburden Stockpile
The Forest Service is proposing to authorize Thunder Basin Coal Company?s Black Thunder Mine (BTM) to
occupy National Forest System (NFS) lands for the purpose of constructing and storing topsoil and overburden
stockpiles.
