McKay Fuels and Vegetation Management Project

Commercial and noncommercial thinning to improve stand conditions and reduce risk of unacceptable loss of forested stands due to wildfire, insect & disease.

Location Summary

The McKay project area includes 45,700 acres (25,526 of NFS) within the McKay Watershed, which is made up of the Upper McKay, Lower McKay and Allen Creek subwatersheds.
