OWIN Medicine Mountain Communications Facility Upgrade
The Bly R. D. proposes to authorize Oregon Wireless Interoperability Network (OWIN) partnered with the State, through ODOT, to replace ODOT?s existing communications facility with an upgraded facility at the Medicine Mountain communications site.
Location Summary
The Medicine Mountain communications site is approximately three miles southeast of Beatty, Oregon near the southwestern corner of the Fremont National Forest.
