Wildlife Conservation Strategy (Forest Plan Amendment)

On July 1, 2010, Forest Supervisor Cecilia R. Seesholtz decided to amend the 2003 Boise National Forest Plan, by selecting Alternative B (Proposed Action). Alternative B and its environmental effects are described in the FEIS for Phase 1 of the Wildlife Conservation Strategy (WCS). The decision is documented in a Record of Decision (ROD) accompanying the FEIS. The FEIS evaluates management strategies and priorities for terrestrial wildlife species. To aid in downloading, the documents are divided into chapters and/or sections. The entire Volume 1 is included as a single file (16 MB) at the bottom of this page.
