In the UM Creek drainage: 1. Construct a new ATV bridge over UM creek above the current crossing, 2. block existing crossing, 3. relocate black flat trail, 4. rehab trail, 5. redesignate FR #043 to motorized vehicles under 50" and improve drainage.
