Publications using data from the Fernow Experimental Forest must include the following paragraph:

Some data in this publication were obtained by scientists of the Timber and Watershed Laboratory and Fernow Experimental Forest; this publication has not been reviewed by those scientists.  The Fernow Experimental Forest is operated and maintained by the Northeastern Research Station, Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
 

Publications also must include the following paragraph if brand names are used when describing Fernow Experimental Forest sampling methods:
