  (a) Annual Acquisition Plans developed in response to Part 7 
may be released to potential bidders provided any information 
revealing the estimated cost is deleted.

4G05.502  Authority.
  Regional Foresters, Station Directors, Forest Supervisors, 
Project Leaders, District Rangers or any other line officers, and 
Regional Directors may approve the publication of paid 
advertisements in newspapers.
