Chapter 335, Appendix B - This supplement removes the obsolete Forest
Service Supplement 55 (10/88) to the Federal Personnel Manual/Department
Personnel Manual (FPM/DPM) chapter 335, appendix B, Department Merit
Promotion Plan.  The DPM chapter was abolished by Department Personnel
Bulletin No. 171-1 (8/5/94).  The new Forest Service Merit Promotion Plan
is in FSH 6109.12, Employment and Benefits Handbook, section 23.
