6109.31 - Removes the obsolete MODE Manual (formerly issued by the
National Finance Center (NFC)) and all Forest Service supplements to this
Handbook.  Direction on organization structure codes, formerly in
supplement 3 to chapter I of this obsolete Handbook, has been revised and
moved to FSM 1224.

The MODE Manual has been superseded by the NFC External Procedures, 
Title I:  Payroll/Personnel Processing Manual direction on the use and
availability of this manual is in FSM 6107 and FSM 6108.
