5709.12 - Removes the obsolete FSH 5709.12, Helicopter Operations
Handbook.  As required by FSM 5703.4, Forest Service helicopter
operations now must comply with requirements in the following interagency
guides, which are available through the National Interagency Fire Center
(NIFC), Boise, Idaho:  

    -- Interagency Helicopter Operations Guide (IHOG); 

    -- Interagency Aerial Ignition Guide; and 

    -- Interagency Helicopter Rappel Guide.
