To provide Forest Service managers with timely information on activities to determine if programs are operating as allocated and whether adjustments are necessary. This report is the primary means for reporting accomplishments of the key elements in Forest Service activities. The statistical and narrative information is used by the Washington Office to report accomplishments to the Department of Agriculture and Congress. 31 - STATE AND PRIVATE FORESTRY MANAGEMENT ATTAINMENT REPORTING. 31.1 - Frequency of Reporting. The requirements and frequency for reporting management attainment items are in FSH 6509.11k. Submit significant changes in targets to the Washington Office for approval. Use narrative statements in reports to explain major variations between targets and attainments. 31.2 - Management Attainment Report Items.
