Create the RXRFMT datafile using the following commands: @ A*S.G RXRFMT. Add each forests data file to the region file as follows: @ ED, I RXRFMT. (CR) ADD RXXXRFMT. ADD RXXXRFMT. . . . exit @ FREE RXRFMT. 32.2 - Processing the Annual Range Management Information Summary and the Annual Grazing Statistical Report. 1. Annual Range Management Information Summary. Regions must generate this summary as part of the grazing statistical reporting process. Region level summaries are generated using the following command: @ADD,LP RXSSG86.REPORTS/AM ID X X = Region number YR YY YY = fiscal year reports are due @EOF @EOF (user enters underlined values.) RXSSG86 REPORTS/AM adds four runstreams. RXRUN.RMISSORT sorts the data by Region, Forest, District, State, proclaimed unit kind, and card type into the file RXSRFMT. This file is used to generate the Civil Rights and Acreage Report as well as the National summaries. RXSSG86.RMISRGN/AM generates a Region level summary, RXSSG86.RMISFOR/AM generates a Forest level summary, and RXSSG86.RMISDIS/AM generates a District level summary. The district report is written into the file RXDISAGYY, the Forest report is written into the file RXFORAGYY and the Region report is written into the file RXRGNAGYY (Where X = Region number and YY = fiscal year). Transmit to host machine using the appropriate NETSYM commands. Use highspeed draft or landscape laser printer for printing. Notify the Washington Office when the Regional Office has verified them for accuracy. 2. Annual Grazing Statistical Report (Report FS-2200-J). A grazing report by State must be generated at the Regional Office using the following command: @ADD,LP RXSSG86.AGSRGN ID X X = Region number YR Y YY = fiscal year reports are due (user enters underlined values.) This report is written in RXPRTFILEYY. It contains the grazing data including wild horse and burro data by State. Transmit to your host machine using the appropriate NETSYM command. Use a highspeed draft or landscape laser printer for printing. Notify the Washington Office when the Regional Office has verified the report for accuracy. The Washington Office will use each Region's RXSRFMT file to process the national report. 32.3 - Processing the Acres and Grazing Capacity Report. Regional Offices are responsible for generating the acres and capacity data printout. This printout is generated using the following commands: @ASG,A RXSSG86. @ADD,LP RXSSG86.RGNACRES ID X X = region number YR YY YY = fiscal year reports are due @EOF @EOF (user enters underlined values.) The input data file is RXSRFMT. RXSRFMT is the output from RXSSG86.RMISSORT. The report is contained in the file RXACREYY. This printout shows acreage and grazing capacity figures by District, Forest, and Region. Transmit to your host machine using the appropriate NETSYM command. Use a high speed draft or landscape laser for printing. Notify the Washington Office when the Regional Office has verified the printout for accuracy. The Washington Office will use this data for the Annual Report of the Forest Service. 32.4 - Processing the Civil Rights Reports. Regional Offices are responsible for generating four civil rights data printouts. These are: Grazing Use by Race of Permittee by Region, Grazing Use by Race of Permittee by State, Grazing Use by Sex of Permittee by Region, and Grazing Use by Sex of Permittee by State. The input data file for all four printouts is RXSRFMT. 1. Grazing Use by Race of Permittee by Region. The following commands will generate this printout: @ASG,A RXSSG86. @ADD,LP RXSSG86.RACERGN ID X X = Region number YR YY YY = fiscal year reports are due @EOF @EOF (user enters underlined values.) The printout is contained in the file RXRACERGNYY. Send this printout to a high-speed printer using the appropriate NETSYM command. Notify the Washington Office when the Regional Office has verified the printout for accuracy. 2. Grazing Use by Race of Permittee by State. The following commands will generate this printout: @ASG,A RXSSG86. @ADD,LP RXSSG86.RACESTATE ID X X = Region number YR YY YY = fiscal year reports are due @EOF @EOF (user enters underlined values.) This runstream adds the runstream RXSSG86.STATESORT which sorts the data by State. The printout is contained in the file RXRACESTATYY. Transmit to your host machine using the appropriate NETSYM command. Use a high speed draft or landscape laser printer. Notify the Washington Office when the Regional Office has verified the printout for accuracy. 3. Grazing Use by Sex of Permittee by Region. The following commands will generate this printout: @ASG,A RXSSG86. @ADD,LP RXSSG86.SEXRGN ID XXX X = Region number YR YY YY = fiscal year reports are due @EOF @EOF (user enters underlined values.) The printout is contained in the file RXSEXRGNYY. Transmit to your host machine using the appropriate NETSYM command. Use a high speed draft or landscape laser printer. Notify the Washington Office when the Regional Office has verified the printout for accuracy. 4. Grazing Use by Sex of Permittee by State. The following commands will generate this printout: @ASG,A RXSSG86. @ADD,LP RXSSG86. SEXSTATE ID XXX X = Region number YR YY YY = fiscal year reports are due @EOF @EOF (user enters underlined values.) This runstream adds the runstream SSG86.STATESORT which sorts the data by State. The printout is contained in the file RXSEXSTATEYY. Transmit to your host machine using the appropriate NETSYM command. 33 - PROCESSING THE RANGE IMPROVEMENT ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT (Report FS-2200-B). Regions must generate improvement reports. All edited data must be in the file RXXXIMPCYY. 33.1 - Creating the Data File. Create the RXIMPCYY datafile using the following commands: @A*S.G RXIMPCYY. Add each Forest's datafile to the Region file as follows: @ ED, I RXIMPCYY. ADD RXXXIMPCYY. ADD RXXXIMPCYY. : : Exit @ FREE RXIMPCYY. 33.2 - Processing the Range Improvement Accomplishment Report (FS-2200-B). The reports are generated by using the following command: @ADD,LP RXSSG86.RGNIMP ID XXX X = Region number YR YY YY = fiscal year reports are due @EOF @EOF (user enters underlined values.) RXSSG86.RGNIMP creates a Region level report in RXRIMPYY, a Forest level report in RXFIMPYY, and a District level report in RXDIMPYY. Transmit to your host machine using the appropriate NETSYM commands. Use a high speed draft or landscape laser printer. Notify the Washington Office when the Regional Office has verified the reports for accuracy. The Washington Office will use the Region's RXIMPCYY file to process the national report. 34 - PROCESSING THE RANGE ALLOTMENT MANAGEMENT STATUS REPORT (FS- 2200-A). 34.1 - Creating the Data File. Create a Region allotment data file using the following command: @ASG,UP RXALTYY. Add each Forest's data file to the Region file as follows: @ED,I RXALTYY. (CR) ADD RXXXALTYY. ADD RXXXALTYY. . . EXIT @FREE RXALTYY. 34.2 - Processing the Allotment Management Status Report. The report is executed using the following commands: @ASG,A RXSSG86. @ADD,LP RXSSG86.ALLOTRGN ID XXX XXX = Region number YR YY YY = fiscal year reports are due @EOF @EOF (user enters underlined values.) The following four output files are associated with RXSSG86.ALLOTRGN: 1. PRT-X - contains the runstream statistics and any error messages 2.
