    CHAPTER 60 - SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

1864.37 - Awards.  Each District is responsible for processing 
awards for SCSEP enrollees (refer to FSH 6109.13, Chapter 30, 
Lincoln NF Supplement, for processing instructions).  Each 
District is responsible for completing Certificates of Merit 
(FS-1800-21) for cash awards and Certificates of Appreciation 
(FS-1800-21a) for non-cash awards.

1867.21 - Quarterly Progress Report.  SO Personnel will complete  
the SCSEP Quarterly Progress Reports.

The report ending June 30 is the final quarterly report for the 
SCSEP Program.  By June 30, each District and SO Supervisor will 
submit:

     Training and technical assistance
     Unsubsidized placements
     Terminations
     Special activities
     Work accomplishments
     News clippings, photographs

1867.23 - Annual Accomplishment Report.  By July 27 each year, 
each District and SO Section Head will provide Form FS-1800-16, 
Human Resource Programs Accomplishment Report, to SO Personnel.  
The time period covered will be the preceding contract year (July 
1 through June 30).  This report will include the following 
information:

     Person Years contributed by resource category (No. of hours 
divided
          by 1800)
     Total Person Years contributed
     Dollar Value of work performed by resource category
     Total dollar value of work performed

A narrative report is not required for this report unless there 
are additional items, (news clippings, etc.), that were not 
included in the narrative submitted with the final quarterly 
report due June 30.

SO Personnel will complete Parts B through D of the FS-1800-16.
