1846.2 - Reports

    1.  Human Resource Programs Accomplishment Report.  By 
September 1 of each year, each applicable District and SO unit 
will submit Form FS-1800-16, Human Resource Programs 
Accomplishment Report, to SO Personnel for the fiscal year just 
ending (October 1 through September 30).  The following 
information must be provided in the report:

     Number of participants
     Ethnic background
     Sex
     Person Years contributed by resource category (No. of hours 
divided
          by 1800)
     Total Person Years contributed 
     Dollar value of services contributed by resource category
     Total dollar value of services contributed
     Narrative description of work performed, accomplishments, 
training
          provided, etc.
