Each staff officer shall review supplements that apply to staff functions at least annually. This will ensure that supplements are up-to-date and fulfill the need for which they were originally intended. 1104.4 - Directive Manager or Coordinator 1. The Forest Administrative Officer is designated coordinator of the directive system. 2. Responsibilities of the directives coordinator will be: a. Review each forest supplement for content. b. Make recommendations to the responsible staff for general or specific improvement of any supplement. c. Periodically review forest supplements for adequacy and to ensure the supplements are updated, or removed, as needed. d. Ensure that supplements are written in a manner consistentwith Forest Service policy regarding sex, age, religion, national origin,or physical handicap.
