FSM TITLE 6100 - PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT March 1979 6155.11 - Certification of Time and Attendance Reports. Form AD-319, Time and Attendance Report provides for the Supervisor's signature and prohibits signature by timekeepers. The Certification Block reads; "CERTIFIED CORRECT ALL REGULAR TIME, LEAVE, OVERTIME, NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL, AND HOLIDAY TIME WAS WORKED AND APPROVED ACCORDING TO LAW OR REGULATION". This section must be signed by the employee's supervisor. The signature will certify that the T&A report is correct and properly reflects all time worked and absence on leave. The employee's supervisor should review each T&A report and certify its accuracy by signing this section. If the supervisor or an employee designated to act in his place is not available to do this, the supervisor must review, as soon after the pay period as possible, a copy of the T&A report sent to NFC. If the review indicates that the T&A report should be corrected, follow the directions for submitting a corrected T&A report in Chapter VI. Top officials (Forest Supervisor and District Rangers) should review and sign their own T&A reports. If they are not available to do so, they should review, as soon as possible, a copy of the report submitted by the timekeeper.
