PROGRAM DESCRIPTION |
This is a three-day workshop for new and experienced Forest Supervisors and Deputy Forest Supervisors. It is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to:
- Evaluate, discuss, and learn about leadership challenges facing Line Officers in a rapidly changing agency environment
- Establish supportive peer relationships among Forest Supervisors
The retreat is structured to combine presentations pertaining to current leadership issues with a highly interactive process. The process allows participants, along with their peers, to assess their roles related to difficult leadership issues in the historic Grey Towers setting.
