This practical, highly relevant, and experiential workshop equips supervisors with coaching skills to engage their employees at a whole new level. By adding coaching tools to their conversations, supervisors grow their employees as part of their day-to-day routine and equip themselves to take the next step up in management and leadership. Supervisors who know the value of, and engage in coaching conversations create a productive, creative workforce of strong decision-makers who hold themselves accountable, and consciously bring their previous training, experiences and skills to daily challenges.
