The original and a photocopy of the inside cover
of your official passport-the photo page and
the signature page.
The original and a photocopy of your current
visa to travel where you are going.
The original and a photocopy of your yellow
card which lists your immunizations as well
as one photocopy of the yellow card (kept in
a separate location).
A photocopy of any prescription medicines you
are taking with you. Do this before filling
the prescription, or ask the pharmacist to provide
one.
