This project is being conducted in cooperation with the National Aeronautics Space Administration (NASA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Organization of Tropical Studies (OTS), and the University of Puerto Rico (UPR). The research focuses on determining the green house gas fluxes in relation to land use change in the low lands of Costa Rica, the lower montane regions of Puerto Rico, and the Brazilian Amazon.
