One-nights lodging will be charged if reservations are cancelled inside the 3-day cancellation period.
Snow King Resort, 400 East Snow King Avenue, Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Website: http://www.snowking.com Phone:(307)733-5200. Thanks to Jim Hoffman for his negotiation skills, lodging was negotiated at
a rate of $74. For US Government employees that is significantly lower than per diem and the M&IE rate is $47. The facility meets all recent fire security provisions (FEMA ID: WY5003).
Mention you are with “WIFDWC” to get the $74.00/night, (+ 9% tax) one-bed conference rate. Two bed-units are also available for slightly more.
There is no time limit on securing the $74/night rate. The Hotel will accept the $74/night rate three days before and three days after the official meeting time of Sept. 26 - 30, 2005.
Condominium units, located from 100- to 250-yards from the meeting rooms, are also available. Condominium rates, without tax, are: Suite/Studio - $145.00; One-bedroom - $150.00; Two-bedrooms - $170.00; Three-bedrooms - $195.00; and Four-bedrooms - $220.00. Condominium rentals, however, are limited so there may be a problem with making last minute condo reservations.
We hope to provide a 3 or 4 bedroom condominium unit (that sleeps 5 to 6) for graduate students and/or faculty. Make requests to Jim Hoffman (208) 373-4221.
