Registration Fee Includes:
• Copy of the pre-ceedings.
• All conference sessions with refreshments during breaks.
• Box lunch with drink and transportation for both field trips.
• Buffet banquet and the poster session on Wednesday evening.
Registration options available for guests includes:
• Field Trip on Tuesday afternoon, May 14th, box lunch with drink and transportation ($30 fee).
• Field Trip Thursday all-day, May 16th, box lunch with drink and transportation ($35 fee).
• Buffet banquet on Wednesday evening ($45 fee).

Note: When registering online, if you are just registering yourself, use the individual registration option. If you are registering yourself and another registrant or a guest, use the group registration option.
Also- Although banquet and field trips are included in the registration fee, please indicate when prompted which events you are going to attend, so we may have an accurate head count.
Registration fees for corporate VISA cards are NOT refundable since there is no way to reimburse funds to individual project accounts covered by Government credit cards. However, registration can be transferred to others if you find a substitute. Individuals using personal credit cards may be reimbursed via a personal check from WIFDWC if they have to cancel out of the workshop.
