      MAIN TOPIC: CORRECTION OF POTENTIAL RUNTIME ERROR (EC)

     DESCRIPTION:

     EC variant: This is an unscheduled, urgent, notice to correct a problem
     introduced on April 2, 2012 in the recent FVS Update Bulletin No. 720.
     A problem was created that could cause a runtime error. This has been
     corrected.


     RESULT/IMPACT: Users of the EC variant should download a new executable.
