Helpdesk Call Statistics - CY 2001

Statistics  have been collected for calendar year 2001, results are - there were 6,288 logged calls placed to the Fire Applications Support Helpdesk.  The calls have been broken down into three categories:

• Total calls received by Application
• Total calls received by State
• Total calls received by Agency
