Helpdesk Statistics - CY 2000

Statistics  have been collected for calendar year 2000, results are - there were 5,309 logged calls placed to the Fire Applications Support Helpdesk.  The calls have been broken down into three categories:

• Total calls received by Application
• Total calls received by State
• Total calls received by Agency
