Logan Interagency Hotshot Crew

The Logan Hotshots Interagency Hotshot Crews have played an essential role in national fire suppression efforts for several decades now. Extensive travel and a variety of field assignments provide unique opportunities for crewmembers.

You can expect extended shifts of hard, dirty work under extremely arduous conditions. Experience, physical fitness, attitude, attention to safety, and motivation are vital factors in the successful completion of crew assignments. The Logan Hotshots supply a highly trained, self-sufficient, trouble free highly motivated fire team made up of diverse individuals who are mentally tough and physically fit. We are service-oriented and are willing to "go the distance" on even the most difficult assignments while maintaining a strong, positive attitude. Teamwork, individual initiative, and sound decisions under stress are expected of each crewmember.
